- Mandatory Academic Credential: Ph.D. in Law (Candidates without a Ph.D. will not be considered).
- Essential Qualifications: LL.M. and LL.B. degrees.
- National Eligibility: Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET).
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of core Law subjects and contemporary legal frameworks.
- Research Excellence: A strong portfolio of publications in Scopus or Web of Science (WOS) indexed journals.
