Police Arrest Khan Sir? The story behind Patna incident
Khan sir is a very famous educator who provides offline and online coaching. Where all the education institution charges a heavy amount of money for courses, he is recognized for quality education at affordable rate and in some areas free of cost . Khan Sir established a hospital from his own funds to support medication of poors who can’t afford their treatment. He is very well known for his humorous teaching methods and making the education accesible to each student from economically weaker section. Khan Sir full name is Faizal Khan but he is popularly known as “Khan Sir”. Khan Sir honoured with prestigious Champions of Change Bihar award for his outstanding contribution to education.
On 2nd June, in night at 10:30 pm around 20 students allegedly vandalise in front of his institute the Khan Global Studies (KGS) in the Musallahpur Hat area of Patna and brutally attacked security guard of coaching. In response to this incident Khan Sir allegedly instructed his two body guards to fire in the air to bring situation under control. According to Khan Sir his security guard was brutally beaten, property damaged and even fired gunshots. Khan sir alleged that the vandalism may have been orchestrated by rival education institution named Gyan Bindu Coaching Centre, claim that they were unhappy how students get education in such less money and provide good results each year”.
On the statement of Khan Sir, Roshan Anand arrested in this case, security provided to Khan Global Studies (KGS). He thanks to police for the ensuring security. During investigation police found a CCTV recording where Khan sir was with his two bodyguards and ordered them to fire gunshot on the night of incident. Police arrested the bodyguards, seized their weapons and sent them to jail. Bodyguards has given the statement that they fired gunshots on the instruction of Khan Sir, in the FIR at Kadamkuan Police Station his name also lodges in FIR, charges has been initiated against him, he hasn’t been arrested as of 8 June but till now 8 June. Students rally all over in the streets of Bihar for Khan Sir and students of Gyan Bindu Coaching Centre organised rally for release of Roshan Ananad from jail. Education Minister of Bihar Mithilesh Tiwari said that ” The state government will formulate policy within 3 month to prevent such rivalry between coaching institutes”.
This incident is spreading like fire all over social media and news channel. It also has been alleged that some days earlier Ananya Kashyap, a journalist gave some offending and disgracing remarks on the teaches of Youtube saying them as 2 kaudi ka teachers, in response many youtube teachers made some cryptic remarks, Khan Sir was one of them even Anjana Kashyap files defamation case in Delhi High Court against him. According to police sources, Khan sir has not been yet been arrested by police as he has run off and police trying to locate him. On 8 June first hearing the case conducted in Patna Civil Court regarding his anticipatory bail application.The court reserved its decision expected to delivered on 9 June.
