A cab driver named Bhasu Kumar Singh a 28-year-old abduct a 10 year girl child from pavement of Delhi Metro, raped and killed her then after dump her in the Aravali Forest.
Bhasu was living in Delhi from past 10 years with his wife and two children one of 6 month and other 4 year. He originally belong to Bihar where his two brothers lived, one is in college and other elder sibling does a private job.
The girl family was from Bihar and her family moved to Delhi in search of work but due to steady income they had to sleep on roads. On the incident night they had their dinner and slept on the floor of Metro Railway Station. Around 4:15 am her father woke up from the scream “SAVE ME PAPA”. He grabbed a stick but Bhasu managed to put the girl in the vehicle and start driving even he chased the cab and raised an alarm but cab droved away.
After killing the girl Bhasu moved to his village that day, after getting a booking for the drop at Vikaspuri he picked the passenger and reached the destination where he arrested by the police at 11:00 am on Tuesday. After taking detention of Bhasu police investigated and asked the reason of crime and he replied that he was not getting any booking that night so he was frustrated when he reached in Mehrauli area he saw the opportunity and abduct the girl sleeping beside her father and drove away. He raped her multiple times and killed her then dumped in Aravali forest of Delhi.
Police trace the car through CCTV Footage and Registration number finally arrested at around 11:00am. It has alleged that while arresting culprit snatch the service revolver from an office and fire at the party while being taken to crime scene. His leg is injured when police returned fire, subsquently get admitted in hospital. Culprit is charged with POSCO Act, crime of Rape and Section 103 of BNS punishment for murder and case for assault of police
