🎓 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Should possess a degree in Law (LL.B.) in an accredited university
- Should have computer proficiency certificate
For Practicing Advocates:
- At least 5 years of experience at Bombay High Court or other subordinate courts.
- Age limit:
- General: up to 38 years
- Reserved: up to 43 years
For Court Staff:
- Minimum age: 21 years
- No upper age limit specified
Candidates will be preferred based on:
- Speed in English shorthand of 80 w.p.m
- 35 w.p.m. English typing speed
- Knowledge of Marathi language
Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of two main stages:
1. Screening / Written Test (100 Marks)
- General English (Essay, Precis, Letter Writing, Grammar) -30 marks
- Legal Knowledge (CPC, CrPC/BNSS, Limitation Act, etc.) -70 marks
2. Viva-Voce (Interview) – 50 Marks
