The 2025 Leal Industry Report highlights that 31% of lawyers are using AI tools for their tasks of which 45% tap it daily and 40% uses on weekly basis, shows the consistent use of AI by lawyer in daily use.
However, the legal profession is not only limit to research based or drafting. Lawyers perform duties that requires human reasoning, empathy, emotional intelligence and human judgement. AI could not replace traditional means of litigation as it cannot represent a client in a court and produce a judgement. For instance, AI can’t replicateD.Y.
