About the Event
C M P degree college, Prayagraj offers students from across the country the opportunity to participate in Chowdary Mahadeo Prasad National Moot Court Competition, 2025 and develop an array of drafting, analytical argumentative and interpretation skills. The competition increases teams of its student -advocates to argue fiction’s legal case by presenting their legal arguments in front of a bench comprising experts in the relevant field of law. The competition will help in the overall development of a law students as it will inculcate discipline among the students and enhance their speaking and legal research skills.

Chaudhary Mahadeo Prasad Degree College, commonly known as CMP Degree College, is one of the biggest constituent colleges of University of Allahabad. It is one of the premier co-education institutes Of Prayagraj imparting quality education in arts, science, commerce and law catering to the needs of more than 15,000 students per year coming from Prayagraj and adjoining regions of 18 administrative divisions of Uttar Pradesh and other states of India .

Lawyer Talks will act as co-media partner in collaboration with CMP degree college for CM P Degree College national moot court competition 2025. Lawyer talks is a legal platform that aims to bridge the gap between the legal paternity and the community at large by offering young Lawyers and law students, opportunities to engage in meaningful internships, workshops and training programs and provide legal awareness and education among the general public to create a network of legal professionals who can collaborate, share knowledge and support each other.
Eligibility
- Law students enrolled in 3 years LLB programme and 5 years integrated law programme from any colleges/institutions/university recognized by BCI across the country,
- At the maximum two teams shall be permitted to participate from an institution.
Note: No faculty member, coach, or a designated observer will be allowed to join the team through video-conferencing during online rounds and in person during offline rounds of the competition.
