Eligibility Criteria
​1. Educational Qualification
- ​Degree: Full-time 3-year LLB or 5-year Integrated Law course from a recognized University/Institute.
- ​Minimum Marks: You must have secured at least 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in your law degree.
- ​CLAT Requirement: You must appear for the CLAT 2026 (PG) examination.
​2. Age Limit
​Maximum Age: 28 Years as on 05.12.2025.
​Relaxation: Age relaxation is applicable for OBC (NCL), SC, ST, and PwBD candidates as per government rules.
Selection Process
​The selection is strictly based on merit. The final score is calculated using the following weightage:
- ​CLAT 2026 (PG) Score: 85% Weightage (This is the most important factor).
- ​Group Discussion (GD): 3% Weightage.
- ​Personal Interview (PI): 12% Weightage.
​Candidates will be shortlisted for GD and Interview based on their CLAT 2026 Normalized Marks.
​Salary & Pay Scale
- ​During Training (1 Year): You will receive a consolidated stipend of ₹ 40,000/- per month.
- ​After Regularization: Upon successful completion of the one-year training, you will be absorbed as an Officer (Law) in the E2 Grade.
- ​Pay Scale: ₹ 50,000 – 3% – ₹ 1,60,000 (IDA).
- ​CTC: Approximately ₹ 22 Lakhs per annum (including HRA, Perks, Performance Pay, etc.).
